• Provide metal frames of 2.0 mm thicj galvanized steel sheet.
• Fabrication frames with mitered continuously welded corners.
• Provide frames with suitable anchores or expansion shields for fixation with masonry or concrete
• Provide frames with necessary reinforcement for surface applied hardware.
• Provide removable spreader bar across bottom of frames welded to jamb.
• After fabrication provide frames cleaned and coated with epoxy printer, finish paint to applied at the site after installation.
• After fixation fill interior of frames with cement /sand mortar grouting.
